Withdrawal from the Agreement
If you are a privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the agreement you have entered into with us is directly related to your business activity, but does not have a professional character for you
- you generally have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the agreement to us, for example, by sending an email to: dominator@dominator.pl.
You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of an agreement that includes multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts - from the date you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last good, batch, or part.
Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Return the returned goods to us promptly at: ul. Ludowa 59, 43-512 Kaniów, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the agreement.
We will refund your payments promptly in accordance with the store's regulations, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to you, among others, in relation to an agreement:
- for which the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or serving to satisfy your individualized needs;
- for which the subject of performance is an item liable to deteriorate rapidly or has a short shelf life;
- for which the subject of performance is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned once opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;
- for which the subject of performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following content applies to a privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our store's regulations for detailed information about complaints.
If we improperly fulfill the agreement made with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably to the email address: dominator@dominator.pl or by post to ul. Ludowa 59, 43-512 Kaniów.
As a rule, we are responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement, existing at the time of their delivery and revealed within two years from that time.
Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you can demand:
a) exchange of goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In some cases, you can also:
a) withdraw from the agreement
or
b) submit a statement of price reduction
